I started my osteopathy journey after a 20-year career as an orchestral musician. I wanted to learn more about the causes of repetitive strain injury (RSI) in my field, and gain skills to help myself and others with injury prevention and recovery.

After completing studies at the Sutherland-Chan School of Osteopathy, I opened a practice in Osteopathic Manual Therapy (OMT), serving the Winnipeg area. I am passionate about helping people find ways to move better, ​feel better, and improve their performance: musical, athletic, or anything else!
